I really like the recent update! Just needs one more thing. I love that you jump directly into your accounts!!! Everything looks fresh and the font size is nice and readable. I do wish there was a search inside of an account. Ex: trying to figure out if my card was charged from a specific place. Basically, I want to filter my transactions with a keyword. I tend to do this a lot. Thanks! Everything else is improving lots. I like the direction it's going.
Biometrics I'm upgrading my review from 1 star to 3. The new layout is much more intuitive. Thx. Now for the problems. The most important feature to me was the biometrics. I wanted the added security and the eye scan now works on my LG G4. However, it is very easy to get around the biometric eye scan. All you have to do is hit cancel during the scan and you're taken to the log in screen where your user ID and password were already saved as a requirement for the eye scan to work to begin with. What?!? Fix this please!
Can never get into my account I go to log in an it just sits at authenticating an makes you wait till it tells you to try again so i reloaded the app deleted an downloaded the app three times an still doesnt send me through to my account oh an i also dont like that you have to put a lock on ur phone just to save your password
Fix the bugs I have had this app for a few years and loved it until now... but with the latest update I look at my account and where it once said what place I used it at, it now just says debit card withdrawl, and purchase loan advance debit withrldrawl. I have to click on it to see what it was that's cleared. And to do that with every purchase to see what has gone through and what has not is really a pain. I will 5 stars again once it's fixed.
Newest update ruined it Let me keep my password saved and I'll 5 star again, i will most likely remove this app if it's not fixed. My recommendation is to let us choose if we want that extra security. If we select "no" then it becomes our problem. Thanks
Authentication way too slow. Good app but after update takes too long to authenticate or just doesn't authenticate. Tried reinstalling it but to no effect. Ended up just using pc, and if you add transactions on the website they don't show on mobile.
