App is extremely limited, and stops working at times. It doesn't display nearly enough information, making it routinely necessary to call the credit union and/or access my accounts from a PC. Mostly useless.

Limited App with Terrible "Credit Union". I have been a member of credit unions my whole life. Unfortunately my credit union merged with new dimensions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND banking elsewhere. The app is slow, crashes frequently, locks you out- and that is not mentioning the rude teller, the uncaring loan sharks, or the overall incompetent staff. As a member for 25 years I am highly displeased with their behavior during COVID and as soon as I can, I will DIVEST FROM NEW DIMENSIONS!

To those that can not log in after update:You must uninstall your mobile app-reinstall it-thrb click on "enroll" & you should be all set. I was having the same issue so I called them and this is what they told me. I agree 👍 with Joe, this bank is the BEST of the BEST, great customer service 😊 every single time 👏 Not 1 complaint here, I recommend to all!!! 🏦 🧑🤝🧑👭👬👫🏻 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
