Once I got use to the layout of the new UKFCU banking app it was easy to like! I now have access to all my accounts in one convenient spot! I can easily make transfers whenever I want, check my balance, pending deposits, and more! I love the additional features the app has to offer. Including a breakdown of where Im spending my money! Helping me to get a better understanding of my finances and how I can do better! Im proud to be a member of the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union!๐

The APP is a perfect example of a error. It's terrible to say the least. Keep in mind everything associated with it is the same disaster. I'm assuming UKFCU is changing operating systems and it's been an epic fail. My three monthly mortgage payments are on day three of being lost, when it once was a one day transfer by ACH to my mortgages' carrier. If you call you will be transfered to answering service because they can't handle the inbound call volume with issues.

While the app is difficult to navigate, worse is when the app icon is clicked to open, Google play provides a warning that the app tries to spy on your personal data including TEXT MESSAGES, PHOTOS, AUDIO RECORDINGS, AND CALL HISTORY. No other apps on my phone bring up this warning so I find it very concerning it happening for a banking app. Whoever the developer is is using/selling user's private data. Beware
