The new app is good. I didn't see anything wrong regarding the old app. The app was recently updated requiring users to re enrol onlune, which was troublesome. Once I was able to re enrol with ukfcu, everything went smoothly. The initial change from the old app was not smooth at all. After the kinks were worked through I have no issues accessing and utilizing my account online. Update July 2026 This app frequently crashes. Right now it won't load my account. It's not good.

I've used this app since 2019. Good: I like being able to see multiple savings and checking accounts easily. Needs work: With the update, it now takes more clicks to pay off my credit card. The app crashes regularly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this continues to be an issue. I'd LOVE to be able to do the "envelope" method to maintain my buget in the app but that's not possible. The app will not work AT ALL if you use a VPN so make sure to turn it off 1st.

The APP is a perfect example of a error. It's terrible to say the least. Keep in mind everything associated with it is the same disaster. I'm assuming UKFCU is changing operating systems and it's been an epic fail. My three monthly mortgage payments are on day three of being lost, when it once was a one day transfer by ACH to my mortgages' carrier. If you call you will be transfered to answering service because they can't handle the inbound call volume with issues.
