After entering the patient ID, I clicked on forgot password it shows a pop up notification saying verifying the user name and it stops there itself, there is no further processing. Please ask the developer n tester team to work on it.

It always shows error while trying to download the lab reports, also the per day minimum bed price starts with 6000(for isolation room, and they try to make to stay there), which is not at all suitable for an avg. person.

Very good app for patient, doctor and hospital management use.
