Accessibility Service Notice:
RUNAKS MDM uses the AccessibilityService API exclusively to enable remote
device control for authorized IT administrators over a secure WebRTC session.
This includes:
- Touch and swipe gesture simulation on the remote device
- System navigation (Back, Home, Recents, Notifications)
- Text input and keyboard simulation on focused fields
- Reading on-screen UI elements to accurately relay input to the correct fields
This service is:
- Only activated during an admin-initiated remote control session
- Used solely on corporate-enrolled devices under enterprise management
- Not used to collect, store, or transmit personal user data
- Not accessible without explicit administrator authorization
All Files Access Notice:
RUNAKS MDM requires access to device storage to distribute enterprise
applications, configuration files, security certificates, and
device-specific profiles (e.g., barcode scanner and industrial device
configurations) to the required system directories as part of
corporate device management.
