With just a few taps, your request is sent directly to the Pafford Air One Communications Center, including precise GPS coordinates and key incident details. The information is automatically integrated into our computer-aided dispatch system, allowing our team to quickly verify weather conditions, aircraft availability, and initiate launch procedures. Once a request is received, a communications specialist will contact the requester to provide updates, while the app allows real-time satellite tracking of the aircraft en route to your location. After downloading, users must complete a registration and approval process to gain access for transport requests within Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
