Just started using it :) Picked this over similar apps since it didn't want access to basically everything on my phone, which I appreciate. I enjoy the beautiful background and the simplicity makes it easy to keep up on every day!
Good, but can get better I've been using it for a week and it does help with positive thinking! However, it doesn't allow edit after you click OK (or, if does, I couldn't figure it out yet).
Love the idea but a little buggy. I've used it for about a week now. It definitely helping my outlook and starts and ends my days in a great way. I immediately noticed to flashing ad when I opened it but besides that, it is very relaxing app. If you miss a certain time, it does not let you go back. Also, the part I can't stand is if you past midnight, it does the pm entry for the next day abs you can't write on the actual next pm entry. Thanks for making this app!
Great for those suffering Depression & Anxiety I have severe depression and suffer from very negative thinking patterns. This simple app excercise helps keep me on the positive spectrum. Thank u!
Very similar to keeping a "Gratitude Journal"... which helped me to overcome negative thinking patterns in the past. Great app if you are depressed, 'cause if you keep up with it, it will gradually change the way you look at life. You will automatically start seeing the bright side of everything...instead of the dark side.
Little idea; big impact I love the idea of forcing yourself to write down happy things. I find it funny when my happy incident unintentionally coincides with my goal for the day. And I've been using it (almost) daily for 6 months--it's nice to look back and see that much happy.
