Very poor service from Nobuhle support team, i don't think she knows what she's doing, very incompetent person. Money was deposited into my solmate account via standard bank atm the reference was incorrect cell number, I still provide a copy of the proof of deposit this incomplete woman keeos sending an automated message, what the hell is this... Please do not ise this app otherwise they are here to scam people's monies

the service is poor especially when you order your card through home delivery .I ordered mind it's been month and week .they don't take your issues seriously and they will keep asking the same thing and you will tell them the same thing but they will still fail to attend your issue on top of that they took the 29 rand monthly fee while I haven't gotten my debit card .GUY DONT INSTALL THIS APP THEY ARE SCAMMERS I WISH I COULD RATE THEM 0 STARS ⭐ THOSE WHO RATE EITH 5 STARS KNOWS NOTHING.

I don't disagree SOLmate bank sometimes they become good on us but for today what they did I wasn't expecting it from them I wasn't helped, no response, nothing they asked me to provide with a POP yesterday for my payment follow up today they didn't even respond
