The app is fine it has the basics. Their card system is horible. Always having issues from time to time. for those waiting for new cards the service is terrible. They use the very cheapest couriers Fastway with zero customer service you spend several weeks to receive while it's stuck at their depot. Ifcyou try to get help from their support desk they keep referring you to the couriers which doesn't help since you are in business with them not with the couriers.

The bank is trying, but I take issue with there support service. Firstly there is no call center, and messages go unresponded, most of the time, sometimes after being read. Not conducive for a digital wallet. I definitely would not be recommending.
