I had high hopes but disappointed!! What do you mean i have to pay to deposit money and then it goes to "wallet" then pay again to transfer to the card, once in the card you can't use that money to purchase services within the app, you have to unload the card and pay again?You use almost R20.00 to have money in your card! Pretty expensive and tiresome exercise!Can't add the card to online subscription payments! I regret, might as well close the account,the support leaves a lot to desire!!

Very poor service from Nobuhle support team, i don't think she knows what she's doing, very incompetent person. Money was deposited into my solmate account via standard bank atm the reference was incorrect cell number, I still provide a copy of the proof of deposit this incomplete woman keeos sending an automated message, what the hell is this... Please do not ise this app otherwise they are here to scam people's monies

Hi, we understand your frustration. Please note that ATM deposits require the registered cellphone number as the reference for correct allocation. If the reference is incorrect, a valid proof of deposit is needed to trace the payment. Your feedback has been noted.

While the service is convenient, there is a recurring issue with the reference requirement during payments. If the correct account number has been entered, the funds should be allocated directly to the intended account without depending on a specific reference format. Requiring users to include a phone number as a reference creates unnecessary complications. When the reference is entered incorrectly, the recipient is forced to follow up with agents, submit proof of payment.
