Make it make sense, why is money in the account separate from the money in the card. I got stranded yesterday trying to move money from my account to the card and I failed for 5hours, stranded in a remote place with no ATMs or Super markets. I just need money in my card so that I can Uber and the SOLmate stupid system blocked me from that. ADVICE, don't ever use Solmate,,,, EVER! I saw a lot of people complaining about the same thing and I thought it would never be me but then, I was WRONG!

This is the worst experience. PLEASE SO NOT JOIN THIS BANKING APP. ITS FRUSTRATING AND A SCAM. I AM STRANDED TRYING TO BUY FOOD AFTER WAITING TO WEEKS FOR THE MONEY TO REFLECT NOW I CANT USE IT. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NO HELP AT ALL.
