Signed up for a class via ClassPass and was instructed to download this app in advance to sign a waiver. The app requires a lot of personal information (this includes a credit card number- even though an information box claims a credit card is optional, it is in fact required to complete the sign up). After entering all that information, I received a message that "Oops! Something went wrong." I hope the class itself is a better experience!

This app is not good. It won't save billing information reliably - or when it does it doesnt display correctly. The website also has problems with crashing or not functioning correctly. Believe there are data validation issues where it crashes when something else is missing but doesn't say what.

I booked my first class and it was super easy to books! I would suggest getting g the app and arriving 20 minutes before hand. Christina was my coach and she was excellent for a beginner like me! I'm already signed up for another class this week!
