Ratings and reviews

If you get unlucky and the code exercise fails to compile because of a bug in the app, you have no way of skipping it. The possibility of permanently getting stuck on a basic lesson just because the compiler doesn't work correctly seems like a design flaw to me. I'm sure getting exercises like these to work well on mobile isn't easy, but in that case, giving people the option to work around potential bugs seems essential to me.

I tried force closing the app, deleting the cache, and only after restarting my phone, I got past the splash screen to the login screen. I then selected login with Google, which just gives me a message that "something went wrong, without any indication of what specifically went wrong. Tried signing up with my email but it says it's already registered, so tried resetting but it says it isn't registered! Which one is it? The app itself might be amazing, but I can't login to use it.

It's still very early on, but so far this app makes it pretty easy to grasp foundational concepts, and I'm massively competitve, so the scoreboard encourages me to continue. Only 4 stars because thinking as a UX Designer, the way you click inputs to select them as answers isn't super intuitive. I haven't tried selecting them in the wrong order yet because I don't want to tank my score 😉 [edit] The tap to select is a glitch; the interaction is designed primarily as a drag-and-drop, which rocks!
