SquadPT is the weekly physical-training planning board for platoons and small teams. Squad leaders plan their own week, unit-wide events land on every squad's calendar automatically, and the commander's brief prints clean in one tap.
PLAN BY SQUAD
A Monday-Friday grid per squad: location, uniform, instructors, equipment, warm-up, workout, cool-down and notes, plus a training focus for every day. Read-only by default; flip Edit to make changes, and every save is stamped with its author. Edits sync live to every signed-in device.
PUBLISH ONCE
Events and DONSAs - AFT, company, battalion, brigade, morale - are entered once and appear on the matching days of every squad's plan. The month calendar shows the whole unit's picture at a glance.
BRIEF CLEAN
One tap turns the live plan into a white, landscape, print-ready brief with the unit and week header on every page. Print it, save it as a PDF, or send it through the Android share sheet.
TEMPLATES
Save any day as a reusable template ("Ruck 6 MI", "Deck of Cards") and apply it in two taps. Each squad keeps its own library.
AFTER-ACTION, PER SOLDIER
Every soldier writes their own improves and sustains on the session they just did, under their own name. Squad leaders and above read their squad's; nobody can edit somebody else's words, and it never appears on the printed brief.
TEST RESULTS, KEPT NARROW
Record Army Fitness Test results and waist-to-height measurements for your soldiers, and see at a glance which event the squad needs to train. Raw entries only - point values, totals and the ratio are worked out when displayed and never stored. Who can see a soldier's results is enforced in the database: that soldier, their own squad leader, and their platoon leadership. Not other squads, not company command, and not us. SquadPT is not a system of record; DA Form 705 and your unit's ABCP screening record remain authoritative.
ROLES THAT MATCH THE FORMATION
Members read; squad leaders own their squad's plan; the platoon sergeant and leadership edit everything; admins manage the roster, squads and the join code. A squad leader can grant a member edit access for a single month, and revoke it anytime.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Access is by team join code: created server-side, stored only as a hash, shown once, rotatable at any time. Accounts are a username and password - no email address, no phone number, nothing to phish. Every team's data is isolated by database-enforced access control. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Delete your account any time from inside the app (Profile > Delete account).
SquadPT is a commercial planning tool for unclassified training administration. It is not a government system and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or Department of Defense. Accounts carry a rank and last name and nothing else; beyond that, the app holds only what your unit chooses to put in it.
New teams: request access at squadpt.com - your team's join code is delivered once a request is approved.
Plan your squad's weekly PT, share unit events, and print a clean command brief.
