I have 6 exterior screens and the program doesn't work with all screens. Not consistent because some will let down and up but at different times. Program will not register certain screens. tried to move the hub and even plugged it in to the Ethernet and still no results. Getting ready to return the item for a refund

Absolutely will not set up my Tahoma. The only way the app works is if I reboot my phone and then go into the app. If I force stop the app, it will not work until I reboot again. I cannot connect my phone to my Tahoma. I reset it and everything. It gets to the point where it starts to pair up and then it says it fails. I tried everything, and I am an IT guy so I know what to do for any smart device out there. It does not mention in the instructions that the app looks for the Tahoma Network.

I have three roller blinds; one is in a seperate room and it works great...but the other two don't work - ever - from the mobile app, preset scenes, Alexa voice or routines...nothing! I have to use the remote every time... Worst home automation app I have used! I would not use it again...zero recommendations, in fact it's the opposite...
