This EMR is garbage. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have been using it for a month. When you go to the patient information tab, it takes between 2 minutes to an hour to load both on the app as well as the website. The website is faster, usually between 2 and 5 minutes to load. The amount of time it takes to load is not conducive for point of service. When using a laptop, I have to have multiple windows and tabs open to successfully do my billing.

I wish this app believed in "If it ain't broke don't fix it". I've been using it 2 years and shudder whenever there is a major software update as three times now an update has negativity affected patients being able to schedule with me, my patient notes, or my scheduling template. If you travel a lot with it and use it on your phone or laptop it can be slow and will log you out a lot (probably for security). The app itself and customer support is pretty good, though.

Despite being assigned this app by my physical therapist awhile ago, I can't seem to get signed in no matter what I do, so I guess I'll free up some memory and delete the app. Oh well.
