Support has been very helpful and quick to respond with my queries on getting a number setup and using features. The phone app is nice and easy to use. Multiple phone numbers, teams, call and caller ID options, call recording. There are a few things you currently need to use the web app for as they're continuing to add and update the phone app, but also very easy to switch between the two if/as needed.

I have used Sonetel for at least 10 years. They have been a solid option for me, calls forward without problems, sms reaches my email. Prices are very reasonable, cheap DIDs, a great web interface that is simple and clean. You need to know there are limitations and what it is you are buying. If you're looking for a forwardable number that you can answer and receive voicemails and texts, it's great, it really is. If you need more advanced features like direct outward dialing, it isn't that.

I've had minimal issues with this app and a great experience with Sonetel thus far. It was easy to setup and connect to my phone number, I've had no trouble finding the settings I needed. Sonetel's customer support has been fast as well, and they have resolved my problems promptly, as well as my request for a manual invoice. Would definitely recommend based on my experience thus far!
