I mostly use the Android app. My settings are to display language as Swedish, however there's a significant mix of Swenglish and English in the app. Localization could be better. I have set my account to automatically refill when it goes below a certain amount, but it does not. I get a notification, but the transaction is not done automatically. When I want to review the call history to go over my costs and numbers that contacted me, this history log is nowhere to be found.

I've been using Sonetel for a while now to provide a way for EU customers to contact us using a local number (the business is based in the U.S.). It works well, is priced right (with a pay-as-you-use option available as well as monthly packages), and is pretty easy to set up and use. Be aware that some of the advanced features (custom voice ail message, etc.) are only available on the monthly plans.

I have used Sonetel for at least 10 years. They have been a solid option for me, calls forward without problems, sms reaches my email. Prices are very reasonable, cheap DIDs, a great web interface that is simple and clean. You need to know there are limitations and what it is you are buying. If you're looking for a forwardable number that you can answer and receive voicemails and texts, it's great, it really is. If you need more advanced features like direct outward dialing, it isn't that.
