Ratings and reviews

This was a functional app and worked well I thought. However, in the last few months it has stopped working correctly - appointments fail to book in the app, yet they DO book with the practice. And upcoming appointments is always blank, regardless of how many appointments you have booked. Very frustrating.

Just another flawed app. As customers have no choice this app needs a lot of work. Appointments do not show up on dashboard. Cannot contact support from app. Developers does not allow data to be deleted. Developer does not accurately specify whom the data is shared with. Developer does not have adequate support available. Developer has mainly 1star reviews with a 1.7 average. Says a lot about this product

Nothing but trouble. Login details never work, reset process invariably end with the the highly irritating, 'oops, something went wrong...'. Have reinstalled several times to no avail. Now trying a different email address to go in as a cleanskin. Don't hold out much hope.
