Hi! Loving the service. Two requests: 1. Add a pay-as-you-go plan. 2. Real-time split-earbud translation: one speaker in the left ear, the other in the right. It would be a game-changer for doctor visits—no more pauses or staring at screens. I’d just share the earbuds and let the magic happen!

The concept is great, implementation is terrible. The app constantly signs out and requires logging back in on almost every launch. there's no way to force the transcriptions to be done automatically once uploaded, everything has to be triggered manually. No customization of what AI model to use or adjustments to prompts. For a tool that is charging a truly exorbitant subscription for a supposed ease of use and peace of mind, it provides neither.

1. App kept freezing so was never able to completely record and transcribe the entire meeting sessions. 2. Translation: was unable to recognise so of the words spoken in French, so the translation wasn't accurate. 3. Recognising the different speakers. Kept on mixing up between speakers. e.g. Speaker 1 might become speaker 4 after a conversation. 4. Consider a web version so a pc/mac can be used to transcribe. Generally recognised the words better when the American spoke than the African.
