Great app, WHEN IT WORKS. Hit and miss these days. It's currently more of a liability than an asset right now. Thought I would check Play Store for an update to see if that was the problem. No luck, as it looks like I still have the latest version since six years ago. The app frequently shows that the system is too busy to arm. Nonsense. No help from Sonitrol, as they disclaim it away as a third-party app. Hey Sonitrol, IT CARRIES YOUR NAME AND YOU ALLOW IT ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEM.

Stops working for days at a time. We were lied to by sonitrol sales telling us we would be able to remotely arm. Numerous calls and nobody is fixing the app. 7 thousand dollar upgrade on our system and it continues to not function as promised. Update 9-22-18...two more times the app has stopped working. Update 9-27-18 app not working again. Only made it 5 days from the last crash. Update 10-8-10....app not working again. I even called in to have sonitrol remotely disarm and they could not either. Update San Jose California 10-14-18...down again 6 days this time.

This app used to be good and now that the company is changed hands not anymore. I've had more trouble with this thing more than ever. I can understand a glitch here and there, but really this much trouble.
