Stops working for days at a time. We were lied to by sonitrol sales telling us we would be able to remotely arm. Numerous calls and nobody is fixing the app. 7 thousand dollar upgrade on our system and it continues to not function as promised. Update 9-22-18...two more times the app has stopped working. Update 9-27-18 app not working again. Only made it 5 days from the last crash. Update 10-8-10....app not working again. I even called in to have sonitrol remotely disarm and they could not either. Update San Jose California 10-14-18...down again 6 days this time.

Great app makes life easy due to the remote lock/ unlock feature- they keep getting bought out and everytime that happens we have to request our IT to change the IP addresses which results in a temporary disruption of the application, otherwise great service .

This app used to be good and now that the company is changed hands not anymore. I've had more trouble with this thing more than ever. I can understand a glitch here and there, but really this much trouble.
