No response - app completely and totally stopped working for us last week. Contacted the help desk still no response. We are unable to access our cameras remotely when an alarm goes off to see what's going on. Will not allow us to log in.

The app was working great until the last update on the Apr 3. Then it just stopped working. When I open the app it never loads and when I tried to reinstall it now it just times out when I try to set up the server login.

It was great. I mean absolutely, then nothing works. Times out, then I noticed, update happened 4 days ago. So much for that. Not saying, just saying. Want 5 stars, make it go
