This is exactly what it says it is without any of the bollocks that some sound-sensitive apps can be. And it's good for alt-tunings. Considering all of the stringed things that we've got laying around, it would probably do good to keep them in tune....all of the 6 and 12-strings, 4,5, 8, 10 and 12-string basses, the mandolin, the banjo, the bouzouki, any frequency, any tuning. Thanks, guys!

good really touchy. I use manual mode. I LIKE that when you select the string, it gives a short sample GREAT when restringing a guitar. I think you should give yourself a week or two of use with this to get use to its sensitivity before forming a negative opinion At first, I felt that it was too touchy and unusable, but after a couple of minutes, and manual mode, I'm more comfortable-as I get more comfortable with it, I'll use auto mode. VERY CLEAN. SIMPLE. 👍

Thank you for using our guitar tuner!

the gauge does not give consistent readings. with no adjustment, it tells me to tune higher, then lower, and sometimes I get two different readings on the same note before I silence the string. glad other folks seem to be happy with the app, but I won't use it again.
