Ratings and reviews

One of the worst OTT app. First of all, there's no option to stop autoplay which prevents us from watching the last 1 minute which mostly includes previews of future episodes. Secondly and the most annoying thing is the ads. Even though I paid for the highest tier subscription, there's no way to prevent ads. I get like 3-4 ads per episode. While purchasing the subscription, it clearly mentioned no ads apart from live shows but we get ads on every show there is. How is this even legal?

Absolute trash, this app. They have no good content except for a couple of decent shows, and I only subscribe for sports. That however, seems to be their last priority. Even highlights are riddled with ads. I had to sit through 2 35 -40 second ads for a 10 minute highlight clip. This is for a premium subscriber, by the way. Why pay 1500 a year for Sports when it's ad supported? Jesus guys, get your act together. If I really have to see the ads, I would rather pirate sports than pay you 1500

I'm giving 1 star if I could give negative rating i would have given 0 because if a user is paying 1499 for a subscription just to avoid ads . even tho they show ads on all content normal tv shows then what's the point of spending money ????????? when you complain to the customer care they says : "Kindly note that ads may still appear on certain categories of content, including some TV shows, LIV Exclusives, and recorded reality content, even for Premium subscribers." "and no refund too "
