My Android Phone (RealmeXT, Android version: 11) is automatically restarting when try to play any movies in sonyliv app. Yesterday I have purchased a 6 months plan, but unable to play any movies. I have tried disabling the auto play, but app is still starting the video and my phone is restarted. Somehow I managed to download the movie 1080p, but same issue. I have reported my issue via the app, but no replies at all

It's a good app. There are 3/4/5 adds if we download a video or if we watch a video in Sony Liv app. Atleast sometimes it should not show any adds and start the video or download it. Also I want playback option to watch videos fast because I do that only. It's easy to watch a show of 30 min or less in less time and save time. So dooo it fast.One more thing whenever I watch my downloads it automatically switched to landscape mode but I don't want it so fix that also that we've right to do it😞😡

While watching any content, there are too many advertisement. After every 2 or 3 minutes there are minimum 3 ads. So it's very horrible experience. Actually I am watching very old serial on the app. No option for skip the ads. And all are repetitive. It's try our patience. My patience are over & take the decision to stop watching. My humble request to sonylive app to take it seriously. Thank u.
