I have reported an agent who is basically rude but nothing has been done from the app. The agent doesn't reply to texts about enquiries of a land advertised and when he responds he is basically uninterested. when reported on the App, nothing has been done. to be fair the App is really good but some few people are ruining the better experience for others. just my opinion
