Ratings and reviews

Im not happy about this. To make this short I was basically made to sign a the paper with my info to just try the product for free and then I could decide if I wanted it or not so I was like alright whatever, he gave me a deal of 15€ instead of 50€ so yea. I decided that I didnt want it later and contacted support and in conclusion it's not a free trial cus I have to pay to have it shipped to their office. (I asked if I could deliver it myself but no). No info about this beforehand btw.
