it's a nice app, but limited to 10 songs unless you pay the subscription for "unlimited cloud data." It's certainly within their rights to play the game this way, but it's just shameful, in my opinion, when the amount of data required to save a song or setlist is very tiny. There is no need in my case to have cloud storage for this--just let me use the storage on my phone! Great product, but if they really cared about users they would allow us to store data locally with no limit.

This app used to be a great, simple metronome app with little bloat, no excess permissions, and solid functionality. They now have decided to change all that in an effort to collect user data, ping your email, and collect an absurd subscription fee. Despite the fact that the metronome is still as good as ever, and the fact that I kinda hate how all other metronomes sound at this point, I'm actively looking for a replacement because of what they've done to the app.

I've been using this for several years, but it has seriously gone downhill with more and more intrusive pop-ups to dispense with before getting to the metronome. Most of the time I'm in a rehearsal or lesson and just want to quickly access a metronome while I'm speaking with my student(s). Instead I have to stop the rehearsal, look at the phone and deal with all the prompts first. I would buy this if it were a one-time purchase, but a monthly subscription, really??? Sorry, no way.
