I think it can be beneficial for some. I don't think it should be used for more in depth counseling, and that is because of the risk for triggers. That is better done in person. I think there are things that would be helpful for the app that could be added for providers. It is a fairly new program and as time passes, I'm sure there will be more and more upgrades and more providers added.

I signed up as a peer supporter, completed the training, and have been unable to upload my training certificate to the app. the app only thinks I want support and there is no way to get what I want which is to be made available as a peer supporter. The app is not ready for prime time. great idea but it is so tedious to use and nonfunctional that I want to harm myself!

This app and it's team is exactly what's wrong with helping service members/veterans. There is no help available in the app for most states. No battle buddy or clinicians available. What a absolute joke. The app was featured on the nighly news tonight. Thanks again for wasting my time and using veterans to further the developers agenda and not provide jack nothing for help. PTSD is a serious issue and I suggest this app team take it more serious.
