Ratings and reviews

The App is fine in all aspects EXCEPT the password block on the login page. Its technically called 'user name' by web page script. so any vault or password manager cannot automatically fill in your password since there are 2 'user name' bocks and always put your email in the password block (covered up). you have to copy and paste your password everytime. Very frustrating when you use unique passwords and want to just pay your bill and cannot login because your password is incorrect!

The app is very useful and time saving. Reminds you ahead of time to avoid late fees and service interruptions. Please take a little time to add to your device I'm so sure you will be glad you did. Signed A very happy customer 😊

There is such constant change in your website the past 18 +/- months, I have a hard time getting around your site. I know you are working at improving and that's a strong positive. I want to say the Daily Usage notices make a massive difference to me...I can make adjustments plus I can be prepared for what my monthly bill will be
