This is very hit or miss. When you can login, it's just fine...good outage alerts, easy payment, etc. But it constantly logs me out. So, I use my fingerprint to login. Great, right? No. Says session expired, though there was no session to expire. So I close it, try to login, and guess what? Fingerprint no longer an option. I have to dig up my password and reset biometric login basically every other time I use it. Really frustrating.

The App is fine in all aspects EXCEPT the password block on the login page. Its technically called 'user name' by web page script. so any vault or password manager cannot automatically fill in your password since there are 2 'user name' bocks and always put your email in the password block (covered up). you have to copy and paste your password everytime. Very frustrating when you use unique passwords and want to just pay your bill and cannot login because your password is incorrect!

great app and keeps getting better with every update but sometimes it lags or just randomly quits working. when it does work I can pay my light bill and see how much electricity I've used. I also can see if there are outages and I like that I can use my fingerprint or face to open the app which makes it convenient, download this app if your provider is Georgia Power
