The app was so useful on helping me keep track of usage, viewing outages in my area and reporting them, and paying my bills. Recently, the app has been lagging and not let me pay my bills. I have tried on different WIFIs and even cellular data, but nothing seems to work. What's up with that?

This is very hit or miss. When you can login, it's just fine...good outage alerts, easy payment, etc. But it constantly logs me out. So, I use my fingerprint to login. Great, right? No. Says session expired, though there was no session to expire. So I close it, try to login, and guess what? Fingerprint no longer an option. I have to dig up my password and reset biometric login basically every other time I use it. Really frustrating.

Everytime I go to pay on the app the "continue" button remains greyed out and doesn't allow me to proceed even after confirming payment type, email, and phone information to send confirmation of payment. I would love for this all to be more friendly for Android users. I think it's a great concept to be able to utilize it for payment but sadly, unable to do so.
