Still pretty clunky, loses connection a lot right in the middle of booking. What about adding bulk reservations? If I want to book a space several days in a row, or pick dates on the calendar then book all at once, can't do it with the app. Have to book one at a time! Also, it would be great if it would tell me how many many days I have left in the month to book an office.

Went to the app today. Was asked to login. It normally goes straight to my account. Sent text code. I entered it. Won't move on to next screen. I use my phone more than my card to enter the office. Please fix it.

Extremely frustrating experience. I kept receiving automated emails saying someone would contact me to verify my booking, but no one ever did. Their website and app are unreliable, and even their contact numbers are unresponsive. It feels like you’re stuck dealing with bots without any real support. Overall, the service is poorly managed and difficult to trust. I would be cautious before using their platform.
