I'm coming around to this app but there are things I miss from the spark people. Adding food to the tracker needs to be more versatile. For example, a serving of turkey sausage is three links. With spark people, I was able to use link as a serving size measurement. If I marked that I ate only two links, it would automatically adjust numbers for nutrition facts. I cannot do that with people one. This is becoming too time consuming. This app needs to be quick and easy for people on the go.

Thank you for your feedback. Quick note on the ex.: If you use the sausage entry from our database, and enter that you ate .67 serving, we adjust the details accordingly. If you create a custom food, you can opt to use 1 link as serving size and then you can track a quantity of 2 when you eat 2. Write to support@peopleonehealth.com with questions.

I'm still navigating the new platform, trying to get used to it, since the change from SparkPeople. The one issue I have found that is a bit frustrating is the Commuity Teams. The farther down the list to encourage members, the slower the system updates. Otherwise, it is easy to track exercise and food.

Hello. Thank you so much for the 5 star rating and for your feedback! You might try refreshing the page when the updates slow down like you mention to see if that helps--I will let the developer know that is happening.

This app while functional, is very hard to navigate. For instance, while it has a food tracker, that is not accessible from home screen. This disorganization exists throughout. The sparkpoints section, is the best way to navigate. The app lacks focus, trying for exercise and food tracking, coaching, and goal tracking while offering community support. Problem is, it does not do enough in any of those areas. A pale shadow of the old SparkPeople app

I am sorry you find our app hard to navigate. Thank you for your feedback; I will share it with our team here. Navigating through the SparkPoints page like you mention works well. I like using the navigation menu, which has links to everything. If you ever have questions, please write to support@peopleonehealth.com.
