It’s hard to understand how an app can fail at something as basic as OTP login. First, the OTP input didn’t work, and now OTPs aren’t being delivered after the update. This clearly shows a lack of proper testing and quality control.

why is the app asking for login every time with otp? It's a grievance redressal app not some high security vault. Otp while registering makes sense but why is it even needed when u start using it normally? Is it made on purpose so that ppl dont report??
