UPDATE O6/03/2026: Has stopped working entirely. I get a friendly hand wave and a blank screen. Wish I could give it zero stars! UPDATE: Found an app update to "fix bugs." Downloaded it and now the app doesn't work at all. Lowering my rating to one star. ORIGINAL POST: Logs you completely out every time you close the app. What good is having an option for biometrics, or even just remembering your username, when you have to enter everything anew whenever you open the app?

Doesn't work. It takes my username and password and then gives me a landing page with "New service, no stress-Set up is fast and flawless." HA! That's ironic. It's stuck there. No way to continue.

in general, sparklight sucks. i took their internet because of free mobile for a year. the mobile connection is slow and they cannot get my voicemail to work. anyone can leave a message but unable to open any email. i spent hours on the phone with the last tech saying they would send a ticket and tech would fix it. never heard back. RUN AWAY FROM SPARKLIGHT MOBILE. TOTALLY WORTH ZERO STARS. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. TECHS KNOW NOTHING
