Ever since the update last month, I can't get into the app. it would not accept my un or pw. I tried to reset it, but it kept telling me the new un/password were wrong and sent me back to the login page. Now, several weeks later, same problem. And I've tried calling and chatting and end up with another looping chat bot. Fix this app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, now says connection unavailable.

All I will say is, you definitely better pay your bill because there are NO payment arrangements whatsoever. And Sparklight slips a few dollars of extra fees in every other month, and I have each of my statements to prove it. I have been with them for years, but I refuse to keep paying such high Internet prices, especially when no payment arrangements can be made and no discounts to be offered to loyal customers..

I highly dislike the app. It is seriously broken and features that other customers have still say "coming soon" for an indefinite period of time. I also did not consent to any new contract stipulations that say there would be an increase in my bill if I do not sign up for auto pay. That's ridiculous and in breach of contractual obligations on Sparklight's behalf.
