Like most other people, we were forced to buy this product or the dealership would not sell us the truck. The app has no value to us, but it had already been installed for the dealer's benefit to protect from theft. The Spartan app fails over and over. Before getting too excited about a vehicle, find out if you are forced to buy this app, and just walk out of they do. I wish we had. It cost us nearly $1,000 extra and it sucks!

Dealership SCAM. This gps tracking app SUCKS. crashes all the time. No real time tracking. Right now its showing me a place I was 3 days ago. I was bought with pacific auto sales in Ca. When going over final ticket there was 3 "optional" accessories on ticket that they forced me to buy. The said they wouldn't sell me the vehicle without them. 1 was this POS gps app. 2 was some 3m door edge guards and 3 was insurance. I got ripped on all three and wish they didn't run such scams. THIS APP SUCKS

Was forced to buy this non-optional 'option' when purchasing my truck for an extra $1500. so far, it has been useless as it will not notify me if my vehicle leaves the geofence I set up. Tried multiple different configurations, so don't expect to get alerted if you want to use it to know if your vehicle is stolen. Pretty sure dealers just force you to get it so they can find your vehicle if you ever were up for repo.
