So many issues. App doesn't show me past purchases or pending orders. It only shows me the dates I made them. I paid for the fast lane subscription, but it doesn't reflect that in the app so I keep getting charged the $5. I've called customer service and had them "fix it" and it still doesn't work. So frustrated.

App is only a blank screen, been that way for months. I installed it and restated then reinstalled. It's still blank. Kroger and Meijer I have no problem with. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I'm very disappointed, used it for years, now it's nothing

This system is so efficient. The store shoppers go above and beyond. The app alerts the shoppers with GPS tracking of how long until you're there. Shut off your car and open your trunk and you are on the road in less than 10 minutes. No other store does the pickup process as well as VG's!
