You honestly only get back the money you paid to get the subscription. Also just noticed today that the deal with Tim Hortons changed. This was my main reason for re-subscribing in post secondary. You now only get 2x the points when you make a purchase after 2pm when it used to be 3x the points every time you make a mobile order. As someone who primarily orders Tim Hortons in the morning this change has completely screwed me and I'm sure many other customers over. SPC IS NOT WORTH IT!

can somebody please show me the absolute idiot who suggested changing the design and layout of this app to match Instagram reels?? do you even think? everything has a god damn place!!! you don't need to try to play genius. it was a horrible choice and the app design was already flawless as it was!!! I wish you were paid to do nothing rather than doing this!!

The app itself is great, but it is far too laggy. Every time I tap on a button it takes over 15-30 seconds to load and that obviously wouldn't fare well when people are behind you in line, waiting to pay. Edit: Every other app on my phone runs smoothly, this isn't an OS problem, it's an app problem. Same probably goes for everyone else with the same complaint. We wouldn't be complaining about speed if everything else on our phones were also slow.
