Longtime user. The app no longer operates reliably. Opening the app, starting timers, setting preferences for location tracking, and submitting reports all have issues. Every update requires reinstalling the app, which you find out when the app fails in the middle of daily operations. It drains battery tracking location even with that permission turned off, no events running, and the app closed.

This app freezes my entire phone on a daily, sometimes hourly, basis. Its made me late for my next jobs, unable to communicate or contact my clients and has even rendered my entire personal phone unless for periods of time while it freezes and shuts down. And unloading and reloading the app all the time is a pain. And restarting my phone all the time is a pain. Fix it right already. Enough with the updates. Its unreliable, stressful and makes you look unprofessional. I would not recommend it.

The app has been a really great tool to communicate with my pet sitters while we're away. It has worked great until this last update. Since the update, the app freezes in the middle of every sentence while typing a message to my pet sitter. I have to continuously close the app altogether and re-open it to continue typing my message. I have to do this at least 7 or 8 times before I can complete my message and send it. This is extremely frustrating and time-consuming when I'm out of town. Pls fix

Hi Tracy, I'm really sorry about this. It looks like there are widespread issues with the S21 and Android 12 unfortunately (https://bit.ly/3EqlzC4 and https://bit.ly/3G7gbUH) that are affecting many apps. We are currently investigating this to see how we might be able to work around it.
