Turbo E-bike Management: Manage your Turbo bike settings directly in the app.
• Register your bike directly in the app to activate the lifetime warranty and receive critical updates about your bike.
• Fine-tune your bike’s power delivery and battery output to support your riding style.
• Customize the stats and layout you see on the bike display.
• Deter bike theft with Turbo System Auto-Lock.* When activated, your system automatically locks when you power off your bike. The system will automatically unlock when you’re near your bike and power it on.

Ratings and reviews

Junk app. doesn't sync well with the flagship latest Samsung phones like s26 Ultra. Pushes you to automatically log your rides in the app, but it doesn't actually work. Rides either don't start or they only partially log. And this is with the battery saver, notification option set up correctly. Top tier bike brand, bottom tier software and app

this app keeps crashing, and doesn't sync data from the bike's computer. If I had taken a ride without my phone, the data just stays on the bike and never synced to my phone. the app keeps crashing, I was looking to see if there is any option to sync, but the app hardly stays up. I am using a S26 ultra, with all the updates, yet nothing helps.

The application has promise but I find it lacking. I have had connection issues, ride details lost, and just find it cumbersome to use. I would prefer that the bike have better data capture capabilities than it does . However I can appreciate the information model (which is phone centric) that Specialized uses which is easier to deploy and maintain. On a positive, the ride details are good and informative to me. I also like the monthly ride summary.
