Would love to give it 5 stars, but the customer service email is not in order ( got a returned email saying so) and the app has glitches. So disappointing and I was loving it the past few days.

This apps is helping me tremendously. I have suffering with depression. I feel hopeless tied and constantly crying. I took time out to use this app to slow down and breath. Everytime I use it,it helps me regain my positives. I feel so relaxed aftwards,I'm so glad my son and his partner created something for people of color. We now have our own way of relaxing our body mind and soul

Just not reliable. It worked good for a day and than it wouldn't let me in and it won't let me reset the password. I tried to add it to my tablet and have had nothing but problems. I told people about this app and now I'm a little disappointed. I guess this is what happens with new apps. It's just not good timing.
