I am unable to register the app, I am definitely entering my name and email address correctly but after a short time of "please wait" I get "something went wrong, try again?". I am accepting the T&C's, I have a good internet connection. No other similar problems with my CAT S62 Pro on android 11. I also Forced the app closed and tried again with no improvement. Please help.

App working well and makes the task of recording easier and more efficient. Thansk for the fast response to my original comment. Original Review: Useless. Cannot get it to register! Constantly getting "something went wrong, please try again"

Edit re developers response. Although my phone and voice tracer are side by side, extended was activated. Pretty lame response for mind if that's the only illogical solution on offer. Won't connect to my hotspot. Keeps saying incorrect password even tried changing the password 3 times still no good
