A recent version upgrade has broken background audio. It now says to start background audio via the My Baby screen but I do not have the icon. It used to just work if you switched apps. It might be an oversight by the designers as I have two monitors connected and may they didn't account for this. Hopefully it is fixed soon. Using an Android phone.

It's an excellent app + product, but for god's sake, why can't admin accounts choose what guest accounts can do?? I want my grandma to see her great grandson, but she now fumbles through the options and randomly toggles the lights and soothing sounds. Not to mention turning off guest's microphone would be such a big QOL. Please add this configurability.

This app has no easy way to disable alarms! When your child is crying, you either go through several menus or just go to your kid and receive alarms constantly - good luck if you receive them to wrist watches. Also, there is no option to disable IR camera! When lightning is on the edge of IR, it constantly clicks IR filter on/off, depending on clouds shading the sun, absolutely frustrating, heaving child sleeping next to this loud clicking noise. Garbage app, now with subscription service too..
