Garbage buggy app. I want to support Equator, but definitely not these developers. When I try to make an order: "item has been added to your cart" "there are no items in your cart" Rinse, repeat. I tried to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times, which did nothing. I did notice that all of the data does not get deleted on uninstall. I did not have to login in after reinstalling. Very sloppy and possibly a security issue. Orders hang in "preparing" status long after they're ready.

Equator Coffee is great, but the app by Thanx is practically unusable. The lastest update causes the shopping cart to cycle between empty and whatever you are trying to order every few seconds. That means successfully checking out often takes 5mins of tapping and going back until timing is just right. For people trying to grab coffee on the go that sometimes means going to another shop. Reporting issue to Thanx via the email link goes into a black hole, and bug persists four weeks later.

Too many steps to use. Edit: The developers reached out to me to understand “what I’m referring to.” I provided them with a breakdown of the ludicrous number of steps (a dozen or more) and “required” information (email address, phone number, location, credit card, first and last name). It reminded me how much of a PITA this app is to use the first time—it’s more than likely fine after all of the setup hurdles have been cleared. But if you think you’re going to download this app to casually order coffee, you’re in for an unpleasant surprise.
