About this app

Plus One turns your phone into your key.

If your workspace, coworking space, or office building runs on Plus One, this app is how you get in. Sign in once and unlock the doors you have access to with a single tap — no plastic fobs to carry, no keys to lose, no waiting at the front desk.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Unlock doors from your phone — tap to open any door you're permitted to use.
• See your doors at a glance — every entrance, suite, and shared space you can access, in one place.
• Review your activity — check your recent entries and unlock history.
• Stay in sync — your access updates automatically when your workspace admin changes it.

WHY PEOPLE LIKE IT
• Fast — open the door before you reach the handle.
• Secure — every unlock is authenticated and recorded.
• Simple — no hardware to carry, nothing to replace when a fob goes missing.

HOW IT WORKS
Your workspace administrator adds you to Plus One and assigns the doors you can use. You'll receive an email to set your password, then sign in here. The doors available to you appear automatically — tap one to send a secure unlock request, and Plus One does the rest.

GOOD TO KNOW
Plus One requires a workspace that uses the Plus One access-control system, with an account created by your workspace administrator. It is not a standalone lock and does not control home or consumer locks.
