Very few flights around me. When there are they're 'reserved by another pilot' until a certain time. Check after that time and it's now reserved by that same pilot for another two days. When I've found one that isn't already reserved (once) I can't reserve it because I don't have a rating. Why don't I have a rating? Because I haven't flown any flights. Why haven't I flown any flights? Because I can't find any available flights to fly because they're all reserved by someone else. Repeat.
