DermRecord is a secure clinical documentation and patient record management platform developed for members of the Dermoscopy, Onychoscopy, and Trichoscopy Society of Pakistan (DOTS Pakistan).

The application is designed to help authorized dermatology professionals maintain organized patient records, consultation histories, and clinical image documentation within their routine practice.

DermRecord enables users to:

* Capture and securely store clinical photographs of affected skin areas
• Record patient history and consultation notes
• Document follow-up visits and longitudinal case progress
• Maintain organized patient records for clinical documentation purposes
• Retrieve and review historical patient information when required
• Manage clinical records through a secure, authenticated platform

Access to the application is restricted to authorized users. Membership verification through DOTS Pakistan and application approval may be required before access is granted.

The application is intended to support clinical documentation and record-keeping activities by maintaining structured records of patient encounters and associated clinical images. Data remains under the control of the authorized healthcare professional.
