About this app

FP Ops is the field operations app for District Coordinators of the family planning program run by the SPHERE Consulting and RIZ Joint Venture. It brings daily planning, practitioner visits, monitoring checklists and contraceptive stock records together in one place.

PLAN YOUR WORK
• Plan your day with up to the practitioners you will visit, in visiting order
• Publish a monthly schedule and copy last month's plan as a starting point
• See your routes for the week, meetings and a monthly calendar on the Home screen

VISIT PRACTITIONERS
• Start a visit from today's journey and complete it with the visit form
• Record implant and IUCD stock reported, provided and in hand
• Log client records and any issues found
• Answer the Routine Monitoring Checklist: data quality, equipment, infection prevention, waste management and visibility
• Note practitioner feedback and the support they need
• Finish visits left open on earlier days

REGISTER PRACTITIONERS
• Add new practitioners with facility, doctor and service details
• Attach hospital, doctor, PMDC card and PHCC licence pictures
• Complete the program agreement assessment when the practitioner agrees to join

MANAGE STOCK
• Record stock received with voucher details and photos
• Distribute implants and IUCDs to practitioners
• Review the stock ledger and stock in hand

TRACK PERFORMANCE
• Review month-end closing summaries
• See monthly stock and plan performance charts on your profile

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS
• Location is read only when you register a practitioner or complete a visit, to confirm you are at the practitioner's facility
• The camera and photo library are used only for pictures you choose to attach
