The AAAA Self Storage App is a time saver for you and the most secure way to handle your storage business at any of our locations. Let us help you make life simpler by using our powerful application designed specifically with you the customer, in mind. It’s simple to use and it’s absolutely free! First time users create an account using their email and a password of their choice. Current customers can add their storage units to the app for quick access in the future. If your password/gate access code is unknown, please call our office during business hours and our manager will be glad to help you with that information.
Key Features:
· Pay bill monthly with 2 clicks. Once a customer has logged in for the first time, they can log in with fingerprint authorization, making access to their information a snap.
·Search through all of our locations simply by using a zip code in the search bar
·You can choose to receive push notifications to remind you of upcoming due dates, etc.
·Access/Gate code to entrance gate will be provided on your home screen just in case you forget it.
· Fingerprint authentication is available for login after your initial login.
· Easily see what your outstanding balance is at any time.

Honestly the worst app on my phone. Extremely limited capability, minimal options, rarely works properly. Payments are a last-minute hassle, no payment history, can't stay signed in, location & gate access never work, no gate or building code access. (sometimes I forget) For some reason, about 1/2 of these reviews are for site locations or employees -not the app.

Trying to pay bill but won't let me unless I save payment card. Not good! I might not be using the same card to pay with so that feature is useless. And being able to pay before due date would be better instead of waiting till the due date in order to pay.

Requires saving card information to make a payment, which puts banking information at risk. Non responsive in many ways, selecting from profile, this review etc a privacy problem 20221005 Doesn't show all units, emailed to location no response. No bug fixes mentioned in update...
