my rating went down, the app lost all my info, it was set to automatically log me in even when I hit my email, now nothing happens and it doesnt recognize any info nor the code u put up to put in. Also, the app is now no longer even displaying Farmington, NH, where mine is located. I can not sign in period. I need to pay my bill today like I usually do, so hoping I can by phone when I call cuz I gotta go to work soon too. Will call at 8 am I guess.

Great idea, but poor execution. The app tends to crash often. It also will not hold my information, and when I do login, the information is incorrect. It makes paying for the unit hard, and has to be done from the website instead.

This app is severely lacking in it's ability to adequately serve it's customers. It's outdated format is also an insult to it's users that are obligated to use it as an only way to pay their bill. It does not allow for the option of partial payment, which could significantly assist many customers who are struggling especially with the current pandemic.
