App wasn't great a few months ago. Since then, looks like a lot of progress has been made on improving functionality and UI. Props to the devs! Will say, entering sensitive info into forms feels... sketchy? The credit card form has been improved, but the account info form is meh. Keep up the good work though, nice to see incremental improvements!

Great idea, but poor execution. The app tends to crash often. It also will not hold my information, and when I do login, the information is incorrect. It makes paying for the unit hard, and has to be done from the website instead.

The application has proven to be highly beneficial. While occasional issues may arise following software updates, the application generally functions effectively, id say i get 90% reliability in terms of gate access operations. Furthermore, the application facilitates bill payment, gate control, move-out notifications, and communication with management for inquiries and concerns. Overall, the application provides a valuable service when operational.
