very convenient app, of it happens to actually want to work. crashes just as much as it actually works. if it was a stable app, I'd give it 5 stars. 1 star cuz it's so broken

crashes frequently. phone says it has a bug. once it starts it's completely borked and there is no recovery. you have to delete and re install.

The application has proven to be highly beneficial. While occasional issues may arise following software updates, the application generally functions effectively, id say i get 90% reliability in terms of gate access operations. Furthermore, the application facilitates bill payment, gate control, move-out notifications, and communication with management for inquiries and concerns. Overall, the application provides a valuable service when operational.
