App used to work, but a change was made and the feature to open the gate no longer functions for me. Important for us since we have a big RV and it would help if the app worked so we don't have to get out and manually key in the code. Instead it tells me I have to be near the keypad even when I am right next to it. I spoke to the tech guy at the storage place and they can't seem to get it fixed. Sent an email to the developer of this app a couple of weeks ago and he hasn't responded at all.

I needed a storage unit quickly, Nancy was awesome,she got me all set up and went over everything with me.Very happy with price and as for the space well it fit my needs perfectly ..Thank you..Happy Customer😊
