October 14, 2023 I have been using this app for a long time. Somehow it apparently got deleted. I downloaded the app again and installed it on my phone. I enter my login and the app does not open. I have removed the app and reinstalled it, and still does the same. I like the convenience of paying on the app. I have done business with S&A for many years, including with the previous owner as well as the current owner. I highly recommend this business for any and all storage needs. -Rob

Very polite and very helpful at the last minute I was running out of options and they was there the only place I found near the sparta area that's open on the weekends

Will not open when I log in, have installed it several times and still same issue. Can't pay for my unit
