Doesn't save info! First few months it was great. Now it keeps asking for my location code which I have to get from the storage place. Why have an app to make it easier if it's not easier??????? So for the 2nd or 3rd time, I'm sitting here not able to make my payment cause the storage office is closed. I'll probably get charged late fees cause it's the weekend. This app is beginning to suck! One more time and I'm deleting it!!!!!

App wasn't great a few months ago. Since then, looks like a lot of progress has been made on improving functionality and UI. Props to the devs! Will say, entering sensitive info into forms feels... sketchy? The credit card form has been improved, but the account info form is meh. Keep up the good work though, nice to see incremental improvements!

This app is severely lacking in it's ability to adequately serve it's customers. It's outdated format is also an insult to it's users that are obligated to use it as an only way to pay their bill. It does not allow for the option of partial payment, which could significantly assist many customers who are struggling especially with the current pandemic.
