New customers can rent a unit from start to finish with our app in just two to three minutes. It's simple! Current customers use their unit number and their gate access code to login. If your password/gate access code is unknown, please call our office during business hours and our manager will be glad to help you with that information.

***this app worked for a few months, today it won't open, just a white screen. What a piece of garbage!!! I have ALWAYS had issues paying online, then came the app. It worked last month, but this time, not at all. Tells me my password is wrong, so I change it, but inthe meantime it logs in. THEN, the unit# is pre-filled with the correct unit, but tells me it's an invalid unit...which it's not. This app is completely unusable and a waste of time.

Their website is pretty bad so I was nervous of downloading app given the preponderance of bad reviews. I decided to try anyway since i really didn't want to pay by check. Right off the bat, the search for location function didn't work. Had to scroll to find in the national list. After that, it all went smoothly though. It really should have prompted me twice for my password as is the norm but i just entered it carefully. I paid my bill without a problem. I have a Pixel 2.

App doesn't allow you to pay unless it is the exact day that it is due. The quality of the design looks to have been executed by kids doing a classroom project. The restrictions on when to pay a bill seems to be in place just to add on late fees. Big boo all around.
